Welcome to the computer lab!  Go to www.myhistorylab.com and log in to the online textbook webiste with your registered account.  Remember to sign in as a returning user.  You don't need the access code, just your individual password. Then, once you are logged into the site, scroll down on the left to Chapter 8.  Complete the following assignments:

1)  Take the pre-test and submit your grades.  Write down topics for questions answered incorrectly.  These will be areas you will focus on specifically when reading the chapter.

2)  Click on the link 'grade tracker assignments' and complete the following five assignments by reading the material first and then taking the quiz provided:

a) Interactive Timeline - Creating a Nation
b) Document Activity - Report on Manufacturers
c) Document Activity - Special Report on the Burr Conspiracy
d) Document Activity - The Jay Treaty
e) Map Activity - The Louisiana Purchase
