From this assignment, you will learn about different choices individuals made during the Revolutionary War.  This simulation gives you the beginning of a story.  You can choose to begin it as a 'patriot', 'loyalist' or as a 'woman' living during this time period.  After a brief introduction, you are given a choice to make.  Each choice you make determines a different type of story that follows. 

So let's begin. 

1.  Click on the following website: http://www.wadsworth.com/history_d/special_features/ext/hist_sims/
2.  Click on 'The American Revolution'.
3.  Choose your character.
4.  Begin reading your story.
5.  Make choices or click 'continue' at the bottom of each section.
6.  Finish reading your story.  
7.  Summarize your story and your choices in a reply to this thread. [80 points]
8.  Write a detailed question or give a comment to another student. [10 points]
9.  Give a detailed answer to a question or comment from another student. [10 points]

They fought because that won;t to take money from us. The busines had to donate suppiles to the army like the metel business to give there metel to the army so that they can make bullets for ther muskets.

Explain this in more detail, Ronnie.  It doesn't make any sense as it is now.  Explain your story from beginning to end.

25 year old woman married to a Patriot soldier for 10 years with 4 children.
Owners of a small farm outside Groton,MA.
Her household is self-sufficient (maker of her own soap,candles,brooms and clothes
as well as a baker).
She knows how to work in the field and how to shoot a firearm.
Knowing about the possibility of arrival of Loyalist messengers,she and the other soldiers
wives prepare to a surprise ambush.
They were sucessful but scared of a British occupation she and her family decide to
relocate to Hartford (Connecticut).
While at Hartford they participate in fundraisings and once a week she rolls bandages to
help the wounded soldiers.
After the battle of Saratoga she discovers that her husband died at the battle.

Revolutionary war simulation

   

Summary: A patriot soldier with a wife and a young child. He was a soldier at the battle of Bunker Hill. He stood with George Washington after the battle. On August 26th in the night Hessians ambushed his camp. He tried to run but they had the camp surrounded he was stabbed by a bayonet and killed that night.
