   1) My dearly beloved,
It is not easy for me to be living in a world of slavery. I have seen so many harmful things due to slavery and i just dnt think that i could take seeing anymore pain inflicted in these people. We both know that the work that we have them doing is so easy we could do it ourselves so why do we have to take a bunch of strangers into our home and force them to clean and cook the food we eat. It doesnt seem fair to these people, we have them working like dogs and they are not even getting paid for their services. Besides i dont feel safe knowing that their are people that are different freom us, that doesnt even speak our language cook us the food that we eat, we dont no if one of these days they plan to poison our food and kill us. We treat these poor people as if they were meant to be our slaves but they arent. At one point these same people had their own family that need their help and it isnt fair to deprive them from being with the people they want to be with. So i ask you please set these poor people free they deserve to be happy and be with their family.
2) To my dear family,
i have been through so much coming to this new country. These people are all new to me. they seem so different. They have so many different customs than back home. These people seem to be in a hurry, they dont seem to take time to relax or anything. This place doesnt have people living on the streets. Everyone seems to be staying in  huge buildings and they move to much they dont ever stay in the same place for a long time, This new country has many laws nothing like back home it is very different here. It would take a while for me to get use to this place. There are so many things new to see and new places to go. Its amazing how well the people no this place, i mean it is so big, i wonder if they ever get lost going someplace. They have a wide variety of food here to like i said its nothing like being back home. I have spoken to some of the people here that work at little markets and resturants, they have told me that hey have food coming from different places all over the world so that these people have a chance to experience other cultures food. You want to no what else i have noticed in this country we have more freedom than we do back home only if you no how to follow the rules of this place. But for now my dear family i will write to you very soon.
                                     Love Vanessa

I think thats not right just because I messed up my life dosent mean i cant make the next persons life better to live in this country. I think ower voice and vote matters to the world it could make a difference in the united state.I woundlt go to the police because if i did i can be sent back to my country and alot of police really dont care if we are getting hurt to them we dont matter.I am a student refuseing random drug test.My t shirt would have in big bold letters saying i have a freedom of speech and the freedom to express myself the way i want and my age law that a parent has to sign befor checking a kid for drugs.Im a pregnant teen who wants a abortion whats rights protect my choice. The right to make a choice to do what i want wit my body and to exspress my self freely.

1. You are waiting on Death Row for a new trial. Can you vote? Should you? State your position in the prison newspaper

even though im waiting on death row i think i should be able to vote becasue i am still a person over 18 and i should still have that right.

2. You are an illegal immigrant and victim of a violent assault. Do you go to the police or not? Describe the pros and cons.

i wouldnt go to the police becasue i am illegal and i dont want to be deported.becasue lately immergartion has been going into places and finding illegal immigrants and deporting them. if i dont go i could be assaulted again or worst even killed. but i do go there is alwaysthe chance i could be deported.

4. You have refused to answer a critical question during a trial. Explain your reasons why to your lawyer during a recess

the reason i rfused to answer the qeustions was becasue i was going with my 5th amendment right that i dont have to say anything that would incriminate myself and that questions could make me incriminate myself

The kkk can publiclicly discriminated against black people and nothing happens to them. As long as im not hurting anyone I should be able to stick up for my rights.10. You are a member of a private militia group.  Can you train in the US freely after the attacks on 9/11?  Why or why not?No, because no one knows about the group so no one knows what happens in that group. They could be terrorists and we wouldnt know so I dont think they should.smile

You are an illegal immigrant and victim of a violent assault. Do you go to the police or not?  Describe the pros and cons.

I am an illegal immigrant that was assulted by someone unknown. But i do not know if i should go to the police. But it would be the smart thing to do. I no that the fact i am an illegal immigrant i could be deported. Only if they decide i comitted the act. If i dont i no that this criminal could do something more terrible and for me i no it isnt fair because there are inocent people that could be in danger. Another negative thing is that i could be blamed for the acts they committed for the simple fact that i was around during this crime so i could be a suspect, and if i am found guilty i will be sent back to my country and that isnt fair for me. But on the other hand if i was to go to the police it would save a lot of trouble and i would probably be left alone. Or even i could get rewarded by becoming a citizen of the USA., that would make me even more happy. Besides i dont like the fact there are people out here that would try to hurt someone in such a way so it would be better off i was the one trying to help people in there time of need. This could be helpful to me because it would give me a chance to defend my self even more and an even bigger chance of me staying in this country, i would really like that. but yea this is what i would think would occur if i was to go to the police or not.
