Constitution Questions 1.      State constitutions were created because they were kind of set of rules that people had to follow to show that they had rights. Also I think that they were used so that people to know that they showed freedom and their own ideas.2.      Some of the issues that were discussed were about the rights of the people and the issues of slaves and how they didnt have many rights. Also they discussed about how the war left many people in debt. Also they talked about the rules of the king and how there were anti-federalists and federalists were against the constitution.3.      The causes of Shays rebellion was that it had to do with how there were farmers who were now in debt because they could not pay their taxes because they didnt get money back from the government. So a man called Daniel Shays who decided that he was going to rebel against the Congress and the government.4.      The government was restructured by that it was split into three branches, which are legislative, executive, and judicial. The legislative branch passed the laws, the judicial branch brought the laws to court, and the executive branch carried out the laws.5.      The Congress was made by delegates coming from each state and discussing the laws that they wanted to have. Also it was made by how they discussed different issues in their state. They wanted each state to have each own Bill of Rights.and laws.

Vanessa Marcial      3-20-08         History examQ1) how and why state constitutions were created:           The constitution was created so that the people from the state would have equal rights. It was also created because it would keep the city safe and keep the government from having to much power. The constitution was created by a group of powerful people, like the founding fathers gathered around coming up with ideas that would help the state be more fair to all the rest of the citizens. It was created to help the system of power balance itself out thus creating the 3 branches.  Q2) what issues were discussed at the Constitutional Convention.           During the time of the Constitutional Convention was taking place; they were discussing what should take place in the city. They were discussing the fact that they should have a set of rules in there city that would decide who held power. Yet most of the people involved in the convention didnt trust anyone else they decided to come up with a system that would balance out the power. It came into play they decided they would have 3 branches, Executive. Legislative, Judicial. Q3) how the government was restructured.            The government went threw a lot of things that some people would believe that was very dangerous for their city. The government decided to go threw some power type help that would decide how the government would take control of the city. The government would come up with some ideas and decide what would happen to the people of the city. The government would decide weather they should treat the people of the city a certain way. Q4) how it was changed with the Bill of Rights              The laws became certain that the state would help. They claimed that the laws made up would help the people because they are dividing the system so that everyone has a fair shot. That everyone would have the equal rights that other maybe richer people had. The new laws made helped out the government in so many ways. Q5) what its strengths and weaknesses were       There was many strengths and weakness to the constitution. For example due to the new changes for the constitution many people were treated equally and there were some cases that the people that some of the people in that city became happy with the results of the new laws. Some of the weakness of the new law was that there were some people that were afraid of change. There were other people that  believed that they shouldnt have the same rights of other people.

The Causes of Shays Rebellion The cause of shays rebellion was due to the fact that shay was in the war and when it was finally over he thought the government was going to be pleased for what he had done. But they werent. Shay was expecting the government to pay him an amount of money but they never did. Shay was very furious and decided to take action. Shay took a few men and headed to the government house. He held them to gunpoint and demanded them to pay him the money he rightfully earned.  Why the Constitution was Created  The Constitution was created for one purpose and that purpose was to keep order in the countries. If there wasnt any order anyone in the colonies do anything they wanted to do whatever they wanted. And they were afraid that the colonists would rebel against each other or the government.

The state constitution was created because of it is the top dog of all of the laws and it need to be able to have a constitution for the law or the strength of the law so people will have to follow it so there will be no violence, no riots and any bad things to happen. The confederation congress was formed id they probably held a meeting so they would have even opinions or so they could be a private voting session on who and what the congress was formed with.  Its strengths and weaknesses where that they had to bring the laws threw the highest branch so it is not a stupid law or it is not fair to anyone or they didnt want it to be a racism law so people wouldnt be offended.  I have no idea about the ordinance. Or anything in this question   The impact was that everyone wanted to carry firearms on them so they would feel safe or even be safe so they passed a law about that and it caused a riot because it is dangerous to anyone that has or had a firearm.     1.     The bill of rights was created because the big firearm problem true or false.2.     Alexanders last name is Thompson true or false.3.      Daniels last name is dingle true or false 4.     They passed the shays rebellion for the protection of most of the citizens.5.      What was the cause of the shays rebellion,6.     How did they pass the bill of rights? 7.     Why did they pass the bill of rights?8.     When did they pass the bill of rights?9.     When did they pass the shays rebellion?10.How did they get the idea of shays rebellion and the bill of rights?    Why do we have the state congress and what does it do?     When did the congress get created?    What did the shays rebellion do for the states?    What did the bill of right even do?   What did the congress do for us?

weirdface3-20-08yawn      1. What its strengths and weaknesses were? They were scared that colonist would rebel.          2. How it was changed with the Bill of Rights? It gave people a right to do things that normally they couldnt do it gave                                      them a right to speak freely and freedom from cruel and unusual punishments.3.How and why state constitutions were created?Because they were given certain rules for the many people they had regarding how big the state was and bigger states didnt like that smaller states had less right/rules/laws than they did.4. How the Confederation Congress was formed? It was put into four branches L.e.j (legislative, executive, and judicial) they all had there own job to do but they all had to compromise. (Like legislative had the power to say no to the judicial.) 5. The causes and impact of Shays Rebellion?Shays Rebellion led to the congress being scared that rebels were going to start and which led to the constitution.
