you could get a bong at your local headshop if you are over 18+, just remember to say you are looking for a water pipe, NOT A BONG. otherwise they would kick you out. because the rigs they are selling are for TOBACCO USED ONLY.

Or if you feel uncomfortable to shop a bong at a headshop, you could easily find online headshop. they mostly provide larger selection in better price.
